It�s difficult to prevent the HIV/Aids transmision at active female sexual workers (Wanita Pekerja Seks/WPS) in Jakarta. There are some factors that influence this condition, such as knowledge, attitude, risky behaviour, mobility, and HIV/Aids stigma. Base on this situation, it�s important to conduct the public-based health prevention program or UKBM at WPS. The aims of this activity is to contribute in HIV/Aids prevention program especially at WPS that administered by government (i.e KPA). This activity was conducted in 5 stages i.e preparing, outreaching, group discussing, intervention formulating, and reporting. Outreach activity covering 5 selected prostitution areas in Jakarta (Rawa Bebek, Gang Laler, Dukuh Atas, Bongkaran, and Golden Spa), from 17 November to 31 December 2015, including campaign, VCT services, and distribution of promotion kits (KIE). According to this activity only a half WPS well-known about risk and severity of HIV/Aids; a half of WPS belief that gov�s HIV/Aids prevention give the beneficiary for them; actually WPS have awareness and willingness to HIV/Aids test but it�s barrier with the specification of their �work hours�; the WPS have trusted with the gov�s recommendation about HIV/Aids prevention and need public�s support; condom use stil the best intervention to prevent HIV/Aids transmission at WPS. Changing toward WPS�s safety sex behavior in order to prevent the sexual transmisiable of HIV-Aids couldn�t be full delegated to WPS herself. This effort should be supported by all of stakeholder who involve in the prevention of sexual transmising of HIV-Aids.
